Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between glossy and glitter?
Glossy is smooth, shiny and sharp: photos and names look crisp and vivid. Glitter adds a sparkly shimmer over the whole magnet that catches the light, for a more festive look (₱5 more per piece).
How many photos should I send?
1–3 clear photos of the celebrant. Bright, front-facing photos work best. Send them in the same Messenger chat right after your order form.
Will I see the design before you print it?
Yes. We send you the layout first, and we only start production once you approve it.
What is the minimum order?
30 pieces per design.
How long does it take?
Production takes 3–5 days after you approve the design, then J&T delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. We suggest ordering 2–3 weeks before your event.
How much is shipping?
Usually ₱100–₱200, depending on how many pieces you order. We confirm the exact fee in Messenger before you pay.
Is the down payment refundable?
No. The 50% down payment confirms your order and is non-refundable.
